Moothmatics

My crib sheet business cards were printed by the fantastic people at MOO: dotmaths and MOO have been friends for a while now.

But we may be about to fall out!

When you upload an image to the MOO server a rather stylish ink drop slowly fills up to show how things are progressing. But, as the above image shows, the ink drop breaks the rules of area being proportional to quantity: considerably more than 67% of the ink drop has been shaded in.

It would be an interesting mathematical challenge to write a programme that fills the area with the correct proportion as the download proceeds . . .
